Highlights:

• Target Market, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, and surrounding areas (If not currently in one of the cities above they must relocate)
• Will need to develop your own leads/appointments targeting privately held commercial (low sloped) buildings along with steep sloped multi-family buildings
• Must have the ability to set and climb ladders and make a roofing test-cuts
• Base Salary with commission paid on sold project after the project is completed and money is collected
• Potential earnings – Low $75,000 High $350,000

The Hunter :

Typically the Hunter is a more aggressive salesperson who will create opportunities and sell into those opportunities. They will hunt the sale and persist, no matter what it takes.

The Hunter is great at initiating business, they excel at working independently and have valuable networks to tap into.

The Gatherer :

The Gatherer is more of a passive salesperson. If a deal falls in their lap or if business is handed to them, they will take exceptional care of that account and will pay great attention to detail to make sure all the processes and systems have been followed.

The Gatherer is key at collaborating and building relationships where they gain loyalty with their customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
